Submission Standards

• Original, unpublished work only.
• Language: English (U.S. spelling).
• Manuscript: PDF, up to 30 pages, Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.25 line spacing, 1-inch margins.
• Citation style: IEEE.
• Each submission must include an abstract (150–250 words) and 4–6 keywords.

Peer Review

All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review. Authors must remove identifying information from files and metadata. Submissions that are not properly anonymized may be returned for correction prior to review.

Ethics

• Zero tolerance for plagiarism. All submissions are screened.
• Data and code must be accessible upon request.
• Conflicts of interest must be declared.
